The U.S. Department of Commerce's National Telecommunications and Information Administration published an "AI Accountability Request for Comment." The European Data Protection Board's 13 April plenary meeting will feature exclusive discussion on the board's binding Article 65 decision in the case regarding lawfulness of Meta's EU-U.S. data transfers brought by Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
