Meta seeks to delay its FTC hearing on children's data 

Meta is urging the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to delay an administrative proceeding with the Federal Trade Commission regarding children's data monetization, MediaPost reports. California attorney general issues CCPA violation notices to streaming services

California Attorney General Rob Bonta announced his office is issuing notices to streaming service providers for their alleged violations of the California Consumer Privacy Act.
