The Kentucky General Assembly is on the verge of finalizing a comprehensive privacy bill, pending House concurrence on minor Senate amendments. The expected passage comes after Kentucky lawmakers spent the two previous legislative sessions working on a separate proposal, Senate Bill 15, that passed the Senate in 2023.
