1.7. No Information Collected from Children. We will never knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 16. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected Personal Information about a child under the age of 16, that information will be immediately deleted from its database. 5.1. We endeavor to safeguard and protect your information. When you submit information on our Website, such information is protected both online and offline. 7. Your California Rights.
7.1. California’s Shine the Light Act provides that California Residents may request a business to disclose, what personal information we have about the requesting California Resident and if we have shared such personal information third-parties, and which third-parties received the personal information. This request may be made one time in each 12 months. It also requires that we inform you that we do not respond to signals requesting not to be tracked.
7.2. The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California Residents certain rights with respect to their personal information from a “Covered Business.” We are not a “Covered Business” under the definition provided in the CCPA. As such, this privacy act does not apply to California Residents visiting or using this Website.
